Tattoos are a powerful form of expression you see everywhere these days (including in our Core Gallery)!  What is the history behind tattooing, and how can it relate to medicine?

Join us for our first-ever Tattoo Flash Day. You’ll hear a variety of educators answer these questions and see unique collections items connected to tattooing. We’re also thrilled to partner with Frequency Tattoo to offer Mütter Museum and Historical Medical Library-inspired flash tattoos!

Tattoo slots are first come, first served. We'll announce flash sheets and booking details in the coming weeks. We’ll also have temporary tattoos available!

Please note: Your event ticket does not guarantee a tattoo slot or include regular Mütter Museum admission. For access to our galleries, please purchase a Museum admission ticket.

By entering the event premises, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording, and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by The College of Physicians/The Mütter Museum and its affiliates and representatives.
